David Bruce Leining

David Bruce Leining, 68 years of age, passed on Monday, May 25, 2020 at home in Raiford, FL.
David was born on December 24, 1951 in Detroit, MI to the late Joseph and Lucille "Mary" Leining. He was the youngest of their three sons, survived by Joseph and preceded in death by Robert.
David was a man of many talents and lived life to the fullest. He retired as an Operating Engineer from the Local 324 in Livonia, Michigan, was a certified Metallurgist and Master Mechanic, and spent time working for Chrysler Design and Engineering. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Florida with his wife, Lisa, owned a successful Marine Sales and Service company in the Florida Keys, and enjoyed working on boats and building custom hot rods in his spare time. His wisdom, laughter, and loyalty will truly be missed.
David is survived by his wife Lisa of 27 years, sons, Jason, Steven (Gina), David and stepsons James and Joseph.
Arrangements have been made with Archer Funeral Home in Lake Butler, FL and a celebration of Life service will be held at a later date for family and friends.
