Steven Alan Rosen, born on October 30, 1948, in Brooklyn, New York, passed away peacefully at his home in Starke, Florida, on January 18, 2026. He was 77 years old.
Steven spent the past 20 years living in Palmetto Springs, Florida, where he held various odd and end jobs, showcasing his hard-working spirit and determination. In a heartfelt decision, he moved to Starke less than a year ago in order to be closer to his family, reflecting his dedication to remaining connected with his loved ones.
In his leisure time, Steven found joy in playing poker and pool, activities that brought him much happiness and camaraderie with friends. His warm personality and zest for life will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Despite the loss of his parents; his beloved partner Judith Kahn; and his cherished daughter, Candance Hindman, Steven's legacy lives on through his grandchildren: Ayla (Daniel) Sullivan, Cian Smith, and Shane Smith, as well as his cherished great-granddaughter, Karina Sullivan. He leaves behind a family that will continue to honor his memory with love and respect.
Steven Alan Rosen will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for the laughter and warmth he brought into the lives of those around him.
