Robert Carter

Mr. Robert Carter Jr, 74 of Brooker, Florida passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. He was born on November 15, 1940 in Whipple, West Virginia to the late Robert Carter Sr. and Marjorie Cook Carter. Mr. Carter was a resident of Brooker for 42 years.
Mr. Carter is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Betty Buchanan Carter; Daughters: Theresa (Terry) Smith, Robin Williams, and Sherry Buckland all of Brooker; Grandchildren: Jesse Hooten, Ashley and Jennifer, Austin and Hailey, and DJ; Great Grandchildren: Ava, Riley, Emmett and Mason; Brothers: Charles Carter of Graham and Wallace Carter of Tampa.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Carter will be held Friday, May 8, 2015 at 12:00pm at Archer Memorial Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date. The arrangements are under the care of Archer Funeral Home, Lake Butler. 386-496-2008
