Randall "Randy" Faile

Randall "Randy" Faile, age 59, passed away peacefully at his home in Starke, FL on September 26, 2023. He was born on June 16, 1964, in Gainesville, FL, to Bobby Faile and Norma Jean Jones Faile. Randy was a dedicated individual who took great pride in his career as a security officer. For nearly three decades, he ensured the safety and well-being of those around him with unwavering loyalty and professionalism. Beyond his professional life, Randy was known for his vibrant personality and his deep love for the Lord. He had an infectious spirit that brightened every room he entered. Always engaging in lively conversations, Randy's talkative nature made him the life of any gathering. His big-heart and generosity extended not only to his family but also to everyone he encountered.

Randy had a variety of interests and hobbies that brought him joy. He loved swimming, finding solace in the water as it provided an escape from the demands of everyday life. Randy also had a passion for cars and tended to keep 3 or 4, just in case he needed a spare. A devout Christian, he found comfort and inspiration by attending church regularly. Randy enjoyed his quiet time with the Lord each morning and sending out scriptures daily to his family and friends. In his leisure time, Randy enjoyed watching scary movies that sent shivers down his spine. 

Randy is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Faile; his brother, Kenny Faile; and his niece, Leah Rae Faile

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Michelle Faile Lovell; his daughter Kristin (Charlie) Furneaux and adoring grandchildren, Austin and Channing Corbin all of Starke. Randy also leaves behind his mother, Norma Jean Faile; his siblings, Mike Faile and Sandy Faile, all of Lancaster, SC; and a host of extended family and friends.

A visitation to honor Randy's life will be held on October 7, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Archer-Milton Funeral Home in Lake Butler, FL.
