Paula Kay Anderson, born May 14, 1962, Langley Airforce Base in Virginia, passed away on September 13, 2026, at UF Health Shands in Gainesville, Florida.

Paula will be remembered for the steady way she lived her life and for the simple joys that brought her happiness. She worked in fast food as a manager, a role that reflected her strong work ethic and her ability to guide and support those around her. Outside of work, she enjoyed playing video games and dearly loved her three dogs, which were an important part of her daily life and companionship.

She is survived by her brothers, Rex E. Anderson Jr. and Daniel “Danny” Anderson. She also leaves behind her nieces, Samantha Davis and Kaci Tetstone, and her nephews, Gene Anderson and Kyle Anderson. Her memory will continue to be cherished by her great-nephews, Jesse Davis, Caleb Davis, Brady Tetstone, and Jenson Tetstone, as well as her great-niece, Adleigh Anderson. Each of them carries forward a connection to Paula and the place she held in their family.

Paula was preceded in death by her father, Rex E. Anderson Sr.; her mother, Viola Frohbieter Anderson; her sister, Vicky Sue Rosier; and her sister-in-law, Denise Anderson.

Those who knew Paula will remember her with affection and gratitude, holding close the memories of her work, her interests, and the love she shared with her family and the pets she treasured. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
