Nellie Estell Bielling

Nellie Estell Bielling, age 88, of Providence passed away peacefully at her home on February 25, 2022. Mrs. Bielling was born March 29, 1933, in Fayette, Alabama to Denver and Iowa Watkins Campbell. She retired from the Union County School System after dedicating 29 years as a school bus driver. Ms. Bielling was a wonderful cook and excellent at baking cakes. She also had a talent for quilting and sewing. To relax, Ms. Bielling enjoyed bird watching and doing word searches. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Ms. Bielling is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Ellis Bielling; father, Denver Campbell; mother, Iowa Campbell; Stepmother, Flaudie Campbell; brothers, Arley, Daniel, Raymond, Henry, and Stephen Campbell; sisters, Mildred Hill, Florence Campbell, and Alice Campbell; and great-granddaughter, Gracie Gill.

Ms. Bielling is survived by her brother, Ernie Campbell; sisters, Dell Ponds and Edith Wrobleski; her daughters, Lisa Eagleston (Bill), Peggy Knagge (Gene), and Susan Bielling; grandchildren, Leslie Cannon, Amanda Bradley (Jason), Brad Bryant (Cindy), Misty Graham (Adam), Nichole Bryant, Billy Eagleston (Tara); great-grandchildren, Kiersten Lee, Kylie Eagleston, Gabrielle Bradley, Logan Cannon, Ian Bryant, Landyn Eagleston, Ella Bryant, and Preston Bradley; and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

A service to honor Ms. Bielling will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Providence Village Baptist Church. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 10:30am. Ms. Bielling will be laid to rest next to her husband at Old Providence Cemetery immediately following the service.
