Naomi Grace Parrish, age 92, passed away on October 15, 2026, at her home in Lake City, Florida, with her family by her side. She was born on August 19, 1934, in Ft. Gaines, Georgia.

Naomi was a caring and sweet woman whose life was centered on her family, her faith, and the simple, meaningful work of home. As a homemaker, she created a place of comfort and love for those around her. She enjoyed embroidery, crocheting, knitting, sewing, and making babydolls, sharing her gifts through the work of her hands. Naomi loved the Lord and was a member of Voice of Deliverance Church in Lake City, where her faith was an important part of her life.

She was preceded in death by her father, Noah Heath; her mother, Leola Milling Hedges; her beloved husband of 65 years, Curtis Parrish; her sons, Charles Parrish and Carlton Parrish; her grandsons, Timmy and Joseph; and her great-grandson, Dewayne.

Naomi leaves behind a loving family who will continue to cherish her memory. She is survived by her children, Nelda Waldren and Claude, Nancy Ruth Ollar, Terry Parrish, and Annette Beavins, as well as her daughter-in-law, Barbara Parrish. She was also blessed with many grandchildren, who were a treasured part of her life: Chelsea, Garrett, Kyle, Amber, Stacy, Trevor, Scotty, Sandy, Terry Jr. “Boogie,” Benjamin, Tommy, Kirsten, Curtis, Samantha, and Christina. The love Naomi shared with her family will remain a lasting gift in each of their lives.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Naomi's life at a visitation on October 26, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Archer-Milton Funeral Home in Lake Butler with a funeral service immediately after at 11:00 a.m. Naomi will be laid to rest following the service beside her husband at Elzey Chapel Cemetery.

Naomi will be remembered with great love for her gentle spirit, her faithful heart, and the warmth she brought to her family and friends. Her memory will be held close by all who knew and loved her.
