Mrs. Janet Cowart

Janet Marie Meeks Cowart 64, of Keystone Heights passed away peacefully at her residence on August 17, 2016 with her family by her side. She was born in Brunswick Georgia to the late Ben James Meeks and Evonne Harris. She was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Sam and Nephi Cowart.

Mrs. Cowart was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Starke Ward.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Michael Cowart Sr.
2 Daughters: Amy Lynn Couch (Danny) of Waynesboro, VA, Myra Haskins (Jacob) of Stuart Draft, VA
2 Sons: Michael M. Cowart Jr. (Callie) of Graham, FL and Aaron Cowart (Erin) of Starke, FL.

1 Sister: Joann Wright of Waycross, Ga

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints Lake Butler Ward with Bishop Steve Barber conducting. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be on August 22, 2016 from 6 to 8 pm at Archer Funeral Home in Lake Butler.
