Mr. Carl Ray Morgan

Mr. Carl Ray Morgan, age 91, of Duval County passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at Northeast Florida Community Hospice. Mr. Carl was born on November 7, 1921 in Micanopy and lived in the North Florida area for most of his life. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in World war II. He is preceded in death by his father Sol Morgan and his mother Maybelle Holland Morgan.

He is survived by his sister Sue ( Louise Cauthern) of Jacksonville , and his niece Nadine Smith.

Funeral Services for Mr. Carl will be held 11:00 Friday morning, October 18, 2013 at New Hope Cemetery, with a visitation an hour prior to the service. Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler is in charge. 386-496-2008. Please sign the register book at archerfuneralhome.com.
