Joshua "Jock" Diston

Joshua “Jock” Diston, 37, of Providence “Pinch Gut”, FL, died at his home on February 4, 2020. He was born on March 18, 1982 in Gainesville, FL. He leaves behind a mother, Lisa L. DeSue; father, Danny E. Diston; step-father, Glen “Beaver” DeSue; four sons, Jaylon, Joshua, Daylyn, and Dayquan Diston; one God-daughter, Alyssa Ruise; one brother, Joseph “Joey” Diston; three sisters, Dannyel, Zahaira, and Nikita Diston; along with extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Union County High School Auditorium. There will be a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM at the school. Repast will be held in the High School Cafeteria following the service.
