It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Joshua Paul Clark who left this world unexpectedly on August 9, 2025, in Valdosta, Georgia. Born on September 25, 1991, in Gainesville, Florida, Josh was a kind-hearted soul who brought warmth and generosity to everyone around him.
Josh grew up in Alachua and after graduating from Santa Fe High School he attended Santa Fe College. After several years away, he decided to move closer to home and recently received a position as a project manager for Arglass in Valdosta, where he dedicated himself to his work.
He had a deep love for hunting and fishing, and he cherished every opportunity to travel. A true fan of sports, who loved the thrill of competition, he especially loved Gator Football - even planning his wedding to coordinate with their bi-weeks. Above all, he found immense joy in building things and working on projects with his precious daughter, Teagan.
A member of Sardis Baptist Church and previously Grace Baptist Church, Josh cherished his faith, singing God’s word through choir and solos, touching many with his heartfelt performances. Josh was a quiet man, yet he spoke volumes through his kindness and the love he showered upon his family and friends.
Josh leaves behind his highschool sweetheart and wife of 11 years, Hali Graham Clark, and their daughter, Teagan Rose Clark, who was undoubtedly his proudest accomplishment. His memory will also be cherished by his father, Paul Clark; his mother, Kelli Clark (Holly Beam); his sisters, Harlie (Brandon) Brown and Shelby Clark; and many grandparents along with a host of extended family and friends.
Josh is preceded in death by his stepmother, T.G. Clark; his grandfather, Jack Coleman, and grandmother, Patricia Ann Waters-Clark.
As we bid farewell to Josh, we invite all who knew him to join us in celebrating his life. Visitation will take place on August 18, 2025, at Sardis Baptist Church, located at 3915 Main Street in Worthington Springs, FL, from 10:00am to 11:00am . Josh will be laid to rest immediately following the service at North Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Jim Riley officiating. A lunch will be provided at Sardis Baptist Church after the interment.
