Jacob Michael Blalock

Jacob (Jake) Michael Blalock, 35, of Lake Butler, FL passed away Wednesday, January 11^th, 2023. He was born in Gainesville, Florida on May 27^th, 1987. Jake grew up in Lake Butler where he was surrounded by loving friends and family. He attended Union County High School and graduated in 2005. Jake spent many years working in Orlando while living with the Vietnamese community. He enjoyed making music, creating art, and spending time with his pet snake Gracie. In 2019 he married Tam Ngoc Blalock (Ty Ty). He was genuine, spiritual, open-minded, and saw the good in everyone he met. Jake positively impacted every person he met and will be sorely missed.

Jake is preceded by his paternal grandfather Charles Blalock and his maternal grandparents Edward and Geraldine Green. Jake is survived by his loving wife Tam Ngoc Blalock of Saigon, Vietnam; his parents Jerry and LeeAnn Blalock of St Augustine, FL; his sister Chelsea Blalock Dose (Steven) of Lake Butler, FL; his nephew Stetson Dose and niece Maren Dose.
