Hubert (Dick) Luvon Tetstone

Mr. Hubert “Dick” Tetstone, age 85, of Brooker, FL passed away peacefully on June 12, 2020, at his home. He was born on February 3, 1935, to the late George and Obelia Cassels Tetstone. He was a live long resident of Brooker and worked for the Bradford County School System in the maintenance department for 27 years until his retirement. Dick loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Good Ole Boys Hunting Club in Preston, GA. He also enjoyed gardening and most importantly, his family. He is preceded in death by both parents, his children, Hubert L. Tetstone, Jr. and Burnell Tetstone;  his grandson, Travis Tetstone; mother of his children, Joyce Tetstone; and siblings, CJ, Ruey, Truby, Buck, Melba, Rudy, Willa Mae, George Jr, and Shirley.

Mr. Tetstone is survived by his children, Linda Lynn, Dickie Tetstone, and Jeremy Tetstone all of Brooker, FL; longtime companion, Judy Flanagan of Brooker, FL; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Otis (Dee) Tetstone and Lonnie Tetstone both of Brooker, FL and Raiford Tetstone of GA.

A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Tetstone will be held on Thursday, June 18, at 12:00 pm at Fort Call Cemetery in Worthington Springs, FL. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Wednesday, June 17 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Archer Funeral Home. His interment will be at Fort Call Cemetery in Worthington Springs, FL.
