Frances Halbert

Former New Jersey resident Frances P. Halbert, 74, died Sep. 1, 2019 at her home in Lake Butler, Florida after a 6-year battle with lung cancer.

At her request, no service will be held.

Mrs. Halbert was born Jun. 18, 1945, in Brooklyn, NY to Louis and Catherine Cassaro.  Frances was a devoted wife and mother.  In 2001, Mrs. Halbert came to Florida with her husband, LeRoy.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, LeRoy Halbert Sr.; son, LeRoy Halbert Jr.; son, Louis Halbert; daughter, Dawn Halbert Bruen-Eash; sister, Teresa Georgianna; and brother, James Cassaro.
