Ms. Frances Victoria Clemons, age 95 of Lake Butler, passed away Friday evening June 21, 2013 at the Shands at University of Florida Hospital after an extended illness. Ms. Clemons was born on April 29, 1918 in Steuben, New York to the late Nicholas and Ethel Vanzile Cavaletti. Ms. Clemons was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Lake Butler. Ms. Clemons was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Lake Butler. Ms. Clemons was preceded in death by her loving husband: Curtis Clemons. Ms. Clemons is survived by her son: Ray Arendt of Zephyrhills, Fl; step-sons: Ron (Michelle) Clemons and Donny (Joyce) Clemons both of Lake Butler. Ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services for Ms. Clemons will be conducted on 2P.M. Wednesday June 26, 2013, in the chapel of Archer Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Durham officiating. Internment will follow in the Elzey Chapel Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1-2 P.M. (one hour prior to the services) on Wednesday.
