Donald Shane Cook

Donald Shane Cook, 45, of Lake Butler, Florida peacefully passed away on June 4, 2017. Donald was born to Rodney and Elva Cook in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a resident of Lake Butler for the last seven years and was an active member of First Baptist Church in Raiford, Florida. Donald especially enjoyed helping and supporting the First Baptist youth group. He enjoyed wood working, cooking, and fishing. Donald is preceded in death by his son, Aaron Jones. He leaves his memory to be cherished by his loving family.
Donald is survived by his parents, Rodney and Elva Cook. His loving wife, Jennifer Cook. Two precious sons, Hunter Cook and Conner Kight. Donald is survived by one brother and two sisters; Chris Cook, Kim Readdy, and Tricia Wetmore. He is survived by one granddaughter, Lexi Kight. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the First Baptist Church youth group.
