Diane Marie Odom

Diane Marie Odom passed away at the age of 71 on January 16, 2024, at Shands Jacksonville after a sudden illness. She was born December 14, 1952, in Perry, FL to the late David and Marie Polhill. Diane made her career in customer service, working for the Olustee Store and Cox BBQ. Her warm demeanor and friendly nature made her beloved by both customers and coworkers alike. Dianne was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring friend who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Earl Odom of Olustee; her two children: Robert Odom and Amanda Odom, both residing in Olustee; and her brother, Billy Counce of Perry, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents David and Marie Pohill as well as her brother Bobby Counce.

Diane's life will be celebrated in a graveside service held on January 20, 2024, at Olustee Cemetery in Sanderson, FL. The service will commence at 11:00 AM, with Bro. James Croft officiating.
