David "Randy" Randall Sullivan

Mr. David “Randy” Sullivan, age 64, of Lake Butler, Florida, passed away on October 19, 2019, at his residence with his family by his side. Randy was born in Starke, FL, on August 28, 1955, to Leo “Tom” and Marie Sullivan. His family moved to Mims, FL when Randy was a child and he stayed there until he moved back to the Starke area about 30 years ago. He always worked in the construction field and was a master carpenter who specialized in finish carpentry and cabinetry. He was happy to use those skills to help anyone in need, especially if it was a remodel or new addition to his parents home. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, air boating or spending the day exploring back roads. He was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Sullivan.

Randy is survived by his children, Erica (John) Nagy of Fleming Island, FL, Matthew (Naomi) Sullivan of Gainesville, FL, and Seth Sullivan of Starke, FL; his parents, Tom and Marie Sullivan of Starke, FL; grandchildren, Norah, Natalie, Berklee, Aubree, Jack, and Luke; brother, Rick (Lynn) Sullivan of Starke, FL; sister, Rita (Jackie) Allen of Titusville, FL; and longtime companion, Karen McAllister of Florahome, FL.

A Celebration of Randy’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 26, at 2:00 PM at the Morgan Road Baptist Church in Starke, FL. The family will receive friends for a visitation and gathering beginning at 1:00 PM at the church.
