Bradley Logan Young passed away unexpectedly on October 8th, 2019, at 25 years young. Brad, or B-Rad to his friends, came into this world as the baby of the family on November 15, 1993. He is survived by his father Harold Young (Kelly Walker and children), mother Loretta (Ashley) Sink and two sisters Emily (Chris) Herbert, who thinks she’s his favorite, and Jenna (Joshua) Colvin, who also thinks she’s his favorite. Bradley was born and raised in Lake Butler, FL and graduated in 2012. He was passionate about music and wrote many songs, he always wanted to make it big one day. He was known to make you laugh until you cried, unless you take offense easily and then you were still probably crying because he talked a lot of trash. He had a huge personality, an even bigger heart, an infectious smile and big, brown, puppy dog eyes that allowed him to get his way with his whole family and he sure did use it to his advantage. If you were ever fortunate enough to be wrapped in one of his bear hugs, thank your lucky stars because they were the absolute best thing ever. He enjoyed riding his four wheeler, fishing, lying about how big his catches were, and hanging out with his dog, Percy Jackson. He had recently taken up golf, and it should be noted, he was better than Joshua Colvin. He was known as Uncle Bradley to his nieces Kenzie and Kemily, and nephews, Aiden, Kylen, Carter, Brysen, Connor, Tyler and Nathan. He loved being an equally aggravating and loving uncle, which are the best kind, and they loved every moment they got to spend with him. He is also survived and loved by many aunts, Linda, Tricia, Deborah, Donna, uncle Gene, cousins, and friends who he loved very much. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Theodore and Myrtle Young, and maternal grandparents, Pete (Pop Pop) and Loretta (Nana) Baretela and Uncle Dennis. Bradley would not want us to be sad, we should all remember him cracking everyone up. Every time you see 11:11 on the clock remember it’s Brad saying “What’s up?”
Fly high B-Rad we will all miss every piece of your being.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations can be made to the ALS Foundation Texas at http://www.alstexas.org/donate.
