Betty Sue Farnbach

May 20, 1939 — September 29, 2025

Lake Butler

Betty Sue Farnbach, born on May 20, 1939, in Ty Ty, Georgia, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, at North Florida Regional Hospital. She was cherished as a loving mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to her family, leaving a legacy of love and kindness.

Betty's warm and generous spirit endeared her to all who were fortunate enough to know her. A devoted member of Sardis Baptist Church, she exemplified faith through her actions, always ready to lend a helping hand or a comforting word. Those who gathered in her presence could feel the warmth that radiated from her heart, as she made it her mission to uplift those around her. Betty found joy in life's simple pleasures, often spending her days tending to her garden and reveling in the laughter of her grandchildren.

Her family meant the world to her; Betty is survived by her son, Gary Blunk and his wife, Beth, of Lake Butler, and her daughter, Lisa Hall and her husband, Charles, of Green Cove Springs. Her four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren will forever remember the many precious moments spent together. Betty is also survived by her sister, Joyce Fornby

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Elvie Gay, her beloved husband, Charles Grady Farnbach, brother Ralph Gay, Jr., and grandchildren, Houston Blunk and Sarah Todd.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Archer-Milton Funeral Home is honored to serve Betty's family during this difficult time. 386-496-2008 www.archerfuneralhome.com
