Angie Marie O'Steen

Angie Marie O'Steen, age 56 of Starke, passed away on October 12, 2023, at St. Vincent's Hospital Clay County after a brief illness. She was born in Gainesville, FL on May 16, 1967, to the late James and Erma Blanton. Angie was an outgoing and vibrant individual who never met a stranger. Her joyous and bubbly personality illuminated the lives of those around her. She had a zest for life and embraced every moment with enthusiasm and positivity. Angie's warm and welcoming nature made everyone feel valued and loved. She was a dedicated medical records clerk with RMC. Angie loved her job and the people she worked with. In her free time, Angie cherished spending time with her family. Being surrounded by her loved ones brought her immeasurable happiness. 

Angie is survived by her husband of 38 years, James O'Steen of Starke; their daughters Jeannie O'Steen of Lawtey and Heather Jones of Starke; grandchildren Devon O'Steen, Dalton Griffis, Hailey Griffis, and Zayden Geistlinger; brothers James Blanton of Starke and Ricky Blanton of Atlanta, GA; as well as her special niece, Crystal Johnston; along with a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Erma Blanton and sister Sheri Archer. 

To honor Angie's life, a visitation will be held at the Archer-Milton Funeral Home on Monday, October 16th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at the same location at 11:00 AM. Angie will then be laid to rest in Antioch Baptist Cemetery after the service.
