Ella Mae Willis, 92, of Gainesville, Florida, passed away on March 30, 2018. Ella Mae was born in Lake Butler to the late Paul and Loca Renfroe. Ella Mae taught Sunday school for over 40 years. She was a spiritual rock for many. She studied her Bible every day and was a very religious lady. She was a member of Lenox Avenue Church of God in Jacksonville, Florida for 50 years. Ella Mae loved her husband, James, of 47 years and she took pride in her role as a homemaker. She was also very proud to be from Union County. She loved her family dearly. Ella Mae is preceded in death by her mother, Loca Renfroe, and father, Paul Renfroe. She is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Willis. Ella Mae leaves her memory to be cherished by her precious family.
Ella Mae Willis is survived her brother, James "Reamer" Renfroe. Two sisters; Dorothy Clyatt, Loca McDavid. A very special nephew, Rodger Evans. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
